Florida and Alabama are the only two schools to play in the SEC title game three, or more, years in a row.

Alabama 1992-1994
Florida 1992-1996

That is pretty impressive.

LSU may be the only school to play in the SECCG in 4 out of 7 years (2001,2003,2005,2007), although Florida and Alabama may have also accomplished this ?

I'm not sure why you have to make this so fricking difficult, you know good and well what the OP was asking and could've answered in your first post, but chose to be an annoying anthony instead.

because those teams split the division I would imagine. To use your line, "I'm not the SEC" so I don't know. What I do know is that auburn, uga, and tennessee respectively actually played in atlanta the years you mentioned, so those teams are the actual division winners. "When is the last time an SEC team won their football division 3 straight years?"
"Alabama."
Is there something wrong with what I said?

5 straight for us (would've been 6 if Tennessee didn't have the easier West draw in 97).

Alabama played in 1992, 1993, 1994, 1996 and then again 2008,2009, 2012, and 2014.

Florida did it 1992-1996.

Alabama has done it twice. 1992-1994 and 1995, as well as 2008, 2009, 2012 and 2014.

I love it when LSU fans try to justify that 1935 claim.

Surely you geniuses can use Wikipedia.

The NCAA was founded in 1910.

The first NCAA basketball tournament was in 1939.

The official NCAA database credits LSU with...count 'em...ZERO national championships.

They can't say shite to y'all about 1941 as long as that 1935 banner is hanging up in the PMAC.

Korin loves to argue about meaningless semantics more than anyone. Your best bet is to pat him on the head and say " ok"

OP please change thread title to " last team to make it to 3 straight SEC title games" and end this shitshow.

Korin answered the question as asked. Why give him grief if the original question was not clear. Just say "played in the CCG", if that's what really was meant. Don't start claiming that the fact he quoted was not a fact.

Soooooo, that means we're tied with you folks ?

And of course if that was bama that won the 1935 Non-sanctioned mythical national championship after winning the American Legion Bowl over Pittsburgh, you would neeeeeeever claim it even happened.

In national basketball championships won? Absolutely. Tied at zero. Attaboy, genius.

But then again, we have no such banner in our coliseum.
