Probably where we belong considering how average our line looked at times last year. I think Dave Christensen is going to make some big improvements for us though

I don't really know enough about other team's OL to say if the MSU ranking is good or not. It seems like we generally end up being around middle of the pack with our OL so it's probably correct.

can't really argue much with this or the rationale for where they have each team's OL ranked to start the season. obviously, this will change as the new starters emerge and we see how they perform for each team.

Going by ESPN positional rankings so far, Alabama will be lucky to be third in the Divison.

You only coach TEs and special teams, Bobby. You can't frick everything up by yourself.

This was actually going to be my one complaint about the list but I didn't want to come straight out of the gate with it and look like I was just trolling.

UGA's too high. Losing Andrews is going to hurt.

UGA is returning 4 starters from a VERY strong unit. Losing Andrews will hurt, but they should still be able to improve on last year.

I'm not completely sold on our OL. They got a lot of hype last year but at times really looked average. Might have been a depth issue. I hope to see some improvement this year.

I think we're easily Top 3, but I agree. I have a hard time saying we have the best OL until/unless we tamp down a solid option at Center to replace Andrews. Plus, for as much of an asset he has already been on the recruiting trail, we haven't seen anything from Rob Sale as a coach yet.

Agreed. I would have had no problems with them ranking us lower.

UGA's OL will be judged by how well the new QB plays. If he holds the ball too long and takes too many sacks, they will blame the OL. If he rushes his passes and throws incomplete balls, they will blame the OL. UGA can run block, but they will have to pass the ball more this year to be successful.

ITT:

SEC fans universally downplaying their Offensive Line's prowess relative to other SEC teams.

This is quite an oddity
