The conversation used to be centered around LSU's hatred for Nick Saban and Alabama. Now the focus is completely on Ole Miss. While it is flattering to have someone Rebsess besides our friends in Starkville, it does sadden me that LSU has evolved into a second rate football program under Les Miles. Have LSU fans as a collective unit given up any hope that they can beat Saban and simply want to focus their efforts on other SEC foes? Like anything in life, fatigue can set in after obsessing for so long and not reaping any victories from it.

LSU and Ole Miss, both unlikely to compete for the SEC crown this season, are driving this awful shift.
I understand that both schools need something to occupy their time in light of the bleak outlook, but it's poisoning the board. LSU at least has the excuse of decline, Ole Miss should be quite used to their unimportance.
