Yeah. You could stop being a Bama homer, but that probably won't happen. Same with Smith flipping.

Not readying 17 pages, but did the kid really commit to LSU and then later say "things could change"?

Absolutely hilarious coming from a Florida fan.

Calm down, guy. There were multiple comments on twitter saying that he said "things could change". Just seemed odd. I was asking the question to a group that I thought would know the answer to whether he said it or not. How, exactly, does that make me a "Bama homer"?

If he did make that comment and I'm mot sure that he did it was probably i. Regards to coach Raymond if he happened to take an nfl job which I doubt is happening, but who knows. As for his commitment he is 100% LSU and I'm sure seeing toliver on the field making plays will keep him that way, as seeing Jalen mills being a high draft pick next year and j Collins this year

He said things could change with regards to which schools he would take his official visits to. When asked what it would take to flip him he said 'nothing, I am 100% percent committed to LSU'

It really is difficult for Bama fans to accept a top recruit not wanting to play there

yeah youre right. one 5* recruit and we lose our sanity. we just dont know how to contain ourselves. i mean lsu never gets 5*s! this 1 player could totally win us a championship! know your role/place...that is how yall act, not lsu fans. we know one player wont make or break our program. keep making a fool of yourself. we all know that ANY team in the country would love to sign this kid...idiot

This I agree with since so many of your buddies fell for the same lines that were tossed around on Mardis Gras!

Had he committed to OM, you'd be all up praising it.

You're one of the worst posters here and that's saying a lot....

@jamesharalson: Anthony Smith: We're happy that Miles trusts us enough to still let Saivion take official visits later this year. @1045espn #MorningDrive

@jamesharalson: Anthony Smith: Saivion told coaching staff that his job now is to be "100% a recruiter for #LSU." @1045espn #MorningDrive

@jamesharalson: Anthony Smith on @1045espn's #MorningDrive: "That's common knowledge that #LSU is 'D.B.U.'"

Not at all. There are tons of great options for top recruits - options both in and out of the SEC. Everyone has different priorities and desires out of their college career.

Bama isn't for everyone. We know that. Keep thinking that narrow minded way though. It suits you.

Why thank you....upon further consideration no. I mean how absolutely dense do you have to be not to see that a vast majority of this thread was created using the same lame excuses y'all used towards OM on Mardi Gras? Again and again homers "fell into the briar patch" even when the OP congratulated Pank and Balls in his edit. So calling me the worse poster.....not sure an idiot is qualified to make the distinction.

You're right.
Each recruit sees himself at different schools.
Just as we as fans pull for different teams.

It's not a knock on any school that elite recruits make the choices they make.

Glad we have a board to give each other shite.
Makes the offseason go by faster.

In the end it comes down to coaching and motivation for top tier programs.
