Since it appears to be State week here on the SECrOT......

Have any of my fellow Ranters ever been to South Dakota? I've spent a significant amount of time up there hunting and it makes Miss/Ark/Alabama look like luxurious vacation areas, it has got to be the biggest shithole I've ever seen and the ppl (whites and Indians) are beyond miserable with their lives and are not friendly at all

Part of my family is from North Dakota. They split off from each other, my part of the family went to Illinois and the others stayed in ND.
The Illinois part of that family all died at 50-60. The northerners all lived to 90.

I have. Anything outside of the surrounding areas of Rapid City are terrible. I met an Indian from there once. He was a huge piece of shite.

Sure have. Black Hills are the only decent thing about the state. The rest is awful. A lot of those western states have really breathtaking places and then a whole lot of nothing.
I always laugh when I hear people talk about the poor native Americans. They are an awful people as a whole.

While I agree, I know the bleeding hearts would say that it's our fault that they are generally awful people

No lie, my dad just got a job at the University of South Dakota and my folks will be moving there this year

The Black Hills are cool, Sturgis is a tourist trap now every August, and there's a whole lot of nothing there. I know a couple of gals from up there and they are alright but I'd never live there.

Of course, always have to pass the buck to someone else. They were dealt a shitty hand a long time ago, but that excuse doesn't hold much water these days.
If you ever fight a native, realize they have the hardest heads ever and you will have to knock them out for them to stop. This might not seem like useful knowledge for you now, but you never know when you'll need it.

Plus from what I i see stand if you (a white man) are accused of commiting a crime against a Native American and the trial is held in their system (can't remember what it's called) then it's pretty much a Kangaroo court and it's time for you to lube up
