A lot of people in Louisiana are perpetually pissed off. It reminds me of the Italian culture.

West Virginia is a pretty school state from my time there. There's a lot of states I would rank below it.

Is it sad when I read the title and thought "oh great, another poll saying MS is the worst state", but being excited when MS is "only" the fourth worst?

Mississippi is actually the worst. A lot of mental illness and depression goes untreated and unreported because we try to pray the illness away first.
