Think Coates was expected to be faster not sure about Cooper.

@JamesCrepea: Sammie Coates runs an unofficial 4.43 in his second 40. 4.45 in his first. Official times posted later today.

@JoshNorris: #Georgia WR Chris Conley 2nd forty: 4.35, 10 yd of 1.53

Connely tied for fastest WR

Cooper had a better time than I thought he'd have. With his route running ability, he will be a fantastic player at the next level. Coates will be very good too.

If Conley ran under a 4.4 officially, I would be absolutely shocked. Would be absolutely huge for him though. I guess he'll officially be in the 4.5 range. Great guy too.

Damn Conley. Very surprised by a 4.35 from him.

A 4.35 guy that talks like a white dude is a GM's dream.

I'd love to see his official time, but if he's under a 4.4 he'll probably help his draft stock more than any other wide receiver today. I'd be ecstatic for him.

Eta: if he's dropping passes like that, his 40 time won't help a whole lot.

Watch his game film from this year alone, and you will see at least three perfect over the shoulder catches.

I do wonder how his shoulder is doing. There was some speculation he may need surgery after the season.

We've entered the bitche about the spread offense part of combine coverage. This is despite teams like the Seahawks stealing plays from Auburn

Amari Cooper looks so good. He has to be the safest pick in the draft. Kid is unbelievable.
