Sounds like a hippie community for rich yuppies. Daughters named Prairie and Valley? Move to Koinona instead. They are honest about their purpose.

Had a customer who lived there and dude was baaaaadddd about being slow to pay. Big Lake Lanier sailer.....did a lot of historical renos around town....helluva carpenter....dude just hated to pay subs in a timely fashion. He was basically a kept man....his wife was an exec with Suntrust and her family had old Athens money. Seemed like a nice neighborhood but there were a lot of pretentious types for Athens.......

That's pretty interesting looking over their website. A lot of this stuff goes on around Black Mountain NC, so it's not unusual for me interacting with the conservationist type. I do belong to the GCS, but admittedly I assure you I'm not their favorite member.
