Watch out for Ole Miss in the future, hello new normal

In recent history Ole Miss was a doormat for the SEC. Sure on a down year for an opponent and with some luck maybe Ole Miss was a threat. No more. Now everyone will have a circle around Ole Miss. The difference is recruiting. What hindered Ole Miss was racist traditions and negative recruiting. Ole Miss was an easy target for opposing teams. Rebel flags and Dixie were impossible to overlook. That has all changed. Without the baggage Ole Miss offers a blend of southern culture and progressive thinking that makes it appealing to many of the country's elite. Writers and other wealthy people are attracted to Oxford because of the town's charm. Evidently so are 5 Star recruits. It doesn't hurt that Ole Miss may have lost some close ball games but we've never lost a party. Also the ratio of girls to guys is ridiculous and the quality of beauty in those women is legendary. Welcome to the mix Ole Miss. Quite honestly it is true for all three major sports. Ole Miss is surely going to be a fixture in the elite ranks of College Football for many years to come.

No one respects Ole Miss because they blatantly cheat and have a very racist past and present. They're also a shitty school in a very poor state.
