Most of the time they are cadets, but there have been quite a few "non-reg" yell leaders over the years, too.

Wish her all the best. And, for the record, I'd have no problem with a female yell leader, either.

Yell Leaders are elected so it will be a LONG time before it happens. A few women run every year but they always lose.
