Those revenue numbers are insane and have grown 2.5 times in 10 years.

yeah, b/c LSU turned into such a mess when Saban left.
Bama was a top 5 program all-time before Saban. He restored to that stature. His retirement (at least now the talking points are about him retiring instead of leaving for NFL or Texas every year) will not change that.

Have to keep in mind that schools report numbers differently.
I believe debt service is still not required and in the past Alabama did not include it in these reports. Just by quick glance of this article I'm not seeing it included. That is going to bring the surplus down quite a bit.
