Cam Newton all the way at #31?

Is that a joke?

What is the criteria?

Wow. OK, let's see... Is this like a complete joke?

Cam Newton at #31, behind Matt Barkley, Jameis Winston, Johnny Manziel, Marcus Mariota, Aaron Murray and Matthew Stafford? Heisman trophy winner while also going #1 overall in the NFL Draft. Greg Robinson at #179, behind Cam Robinson? A guy who has only started one year in CFB? Yet Greg Robinson went #2 overall in the NFL Draft and had a great college career? CJ Moseley at #42, behind Manti Te'o? Carl Lawson at #132, even though he only rotated in during his freshman season?

This list blows.

It goes back to 2006, the year when the ESPN 300 list/rankings started.

How do you have Isaac Gross, Chris Jones, Malchi Dupre, etc and not have Cody Prewitt?

This is a terrible fricking list

Lesean McCoy signed with Miami, FL before going to a military academy. He then signed with Pittsburgh.

What is the criteria? Are they are basing off of immediate impact since freshman year and throughout?
