The advantage of Tatum in the pen is having two guys in he and Ross who can literally come in and shut the game down for 8 innings. I don't care either way but hot damn Sexton is really good too. I'm honestly not sure what I would do, maybe Laster to the pen and Tatum on Sunday?

I wonder if they will consider moving Sexton to Sunday, so we can follow two RHPs with Ross on Friday and Sunday.

It will. They lowered his slot in the offseason and it just takes time to really groove in the muscle memory. He's getting there but I think you will only see him in limited innings out of the pen for a while. Has came a long way since the fall.

It's a lot like making a swing change in golf. You're ok within a few months but it takes a lot more to really move forward.

I'm treading carefully with Hudson. My faith in him and Woodruff burned me too many times in the past.

Have faith. Baseball is a game where a small difference can sometimes make a big difference. A ball that moves another inch or two can go from something people hammer to a double handful of weak grounders.

Holland needs to be on the bench. Maybe the worst hitter I've ever seen. I hope he makes me retract that statement.

Swinarski, Collins, and Rooker in the lineup. Bringing the sticks, love it.

I will admit that he's struggling but I hope this is extreme sarcasm.

He's batting under .200 and has struck out with bases juiced about 4 times this year. No reason for him to be in the lineup until he starts hitting the ball.

I know it is baseball, anything can happen and all of that shite but we don't lose to fricking SWAC schools. How fricking embarrassing. It wasn't even a fluke loss either. Their pitchers shoved it up our arse. Hopefully this lights a fire under our team's pussies. We've been flirting with an inexcusable loss all year. I'm embarrassed for them. frick.

Our coach just pinched Vickerson, a .400+ hitter, for Smith because of a left/left matchup.

Over coaching, always.

It's not their pitching, we left the bases loaded at least twice. Yeah, let's put another guy in the lineup to hit singles, noting better than fricking hot ground balls with loaded bases.

It didn't matter who was up there. Everyone sucked tonight. We struck out 10 times.

How the hell is he going to start hitting when he's not in the lineup?
