Pretty good BBQ'ed. Not stringy or anything. Nice meaty flavor that takes the sauce well.

The headline I read said, "LA." I wrongly assumed Louisiana and thought to myself, "and this is news, why?" I've seen raccoons for sale on the roadsides around BR several times.

I've eaten raccoon, barbequed. Not half bad, but you have to boil them a couple of hours before you grill them.
