I'll say one: LSU doesn't want it this year, Kentucky is hungry, just look at the stats.

Add: in 2007 LSU played against Kentucky and won by a margin, but they were hungry back then. I'm not sure if they can handle Kentucky now.

Because LSU is a NIT team while UK is an obvious #1 seed.

I don't think we will win because we play street ball rather than fundamental team basketball.

I Think this game will be just like UF/UK game, close all the way with UK putting it away at the FT line.

LSU has more glaring depth issues than people want to acknowledge. mickey and martin are great, quarterman, patterson, and horsnby are solid, and then there's a noticeable drop-off after that. any team that relies on guys like Malone and Gray just don't have the depth to make a deep tournament run. Epps and Robinson will be good players for lSU, but they're still adjusting to the pace of major college basketball

It'll all boil down to which Josh Gray shows up tonight. The one who led us to a win Morgantown would be very much welcomed. That feels like an eternity ago given his performances since then.

LSU needs to play hot like we did in Gainesville and get your typical SEC home cooking. Give the crowd something to get rowdy about. Every time we get 10k+ in the PMAC, we play like shite

I think the stats reflect talent and coaching more than will to win.

I strongly disagree. We have three players that are ranked top 10 in the conference for playing time per game. It's not outrageous to bring up the fact our players might just be exhausted in the final stretch of games

Tis not always that the race is to the swift, nor the battle to the strong...

but that's the way to bet.

It is not smart to beat a mule, they will just stand like a stubburn jackass.

Coach Cal will be birthday drunk after the game. Not sure if it's due to UK winning or losing.... Only time will tell.
