ummmm, no.

However, it should be a tough game. I like Martin and Mickey, but your guards will have to shoot from 3 consistently at a way better clip than your season average of @ 30%.

If Trey was healthy and playing the stretch 4, I would pick up by 15-20, but without that benefit, I'll say:

UK - 69
lsu - 61

Doubt it. All of our defensive efficiencies are through the roof good.

Stop thinking this will lead to automatic success and the let down won't hurt as much.

Better #1 players have played for better coaches and not achieved much.

The guy who is running away with ROY in the NBA, Andrew Wiggins, didn't make it past the 2nd round. The guy who would have been his biggest competitor for the award if he didn't get hurt, Jabari Parker, got knocked out by Mercer. Both guys coached by Hall of Fame coaches.

Wait, you're really telling us that Simmons won't be as good as the other #1's?

People also forget one of the top 2 players on the planet spent a year in college, and Durant didn't even make a sweet 16.

Guys like us who follow the game have always known about that since they've been around coaches who have either historically underachieved with their overall talent, or have some strange fondness of losing to mid-majors in the tournament. That is not supposed to change how good these players usually are.

LSU needs to worry about getting past 55 before they even start to worry about how much we're scoring.

Having said that, with us not having Lyles and Poy getting injured earlier in the season, we've got some trouble at the 3/4 slot at the moment.

I'll say Cats, 67-59.

Also, LSU will more than likely out rebound us.

Kevin Durant didn't make it out of the second round on a team with DJ Augustin and Damion James. LSU could have success, but definitely isn't guaranteed it.

I'd say that game takes place 2/28....but since UK hasn't beaten the hogs since 2012 (and just once since 2010)...I guess you're right.

We own anything blue.

Getcha some:
