With all the $$$ A&M has, how'd they manage #1for7 on signing day?

Every other day they feel the need to remind everyone how much thier endowment is worth,yet they went 1for7 in commits/flips.
What's the deal Aggys?
Boyd-Texas.... Tried to flip from Texas
Sheffield-Bama... was called a lock to A&M until he committed to Bama
Martin-Tenn... stated he wanted to play at LSU , but Chavis left and committed to Vols. Chavis couldn't seal the deal to A&M.
Smith-UCLA
Lewis-LSU.... They went all in to flip to A&M
Lodge-OM... Aggys called this kid a Lock
Only one they got was Mack, who wasn't going anywhere but A&M.
So Aggys, HOW with Sumlin and Chavis recruiting, landing in the Swaggerchopter did you guys strike out and go #1for7?
If that wasn't bad enough, went 0-3 on DB's, your biggest need and let the top 2 O-linemen in Texas get plucked by a division rival?

We went 16-4 against the whorns head to head. We only didn't sign 1 recruit that was committed to us at any point in the last 12 months

Signing day could have easily ended with us having a top 3 class. We had to settle for a class more in the top 10 range. shite happens.

Promising unlimited drug dealing and trademarked cutesy catchphrases only appeals to a very slim percentage of recruits.
