Compared to the 2014 season these teams will be:

Alabama - down
Auburn - down
Ole Miss - down
MSU - down

A&M - not sure

LSU - up
Arkansas - up

Agree or disagree?

I don't know that Auburn will win the West but I can say with great certainty we will be better than 8-5.

I think Alabama will be roughly the same. Better on defense and probably a tad less explosive on offense. Schedule is harder though, so that may equate to a different record.

We lost to arkansas. You can only go up from there.

Ugh, the West is so stacked.

And I hope we aren't down from last season. If we are, Summy's seat will be burning hot.

You may be improved on d with boom and getting Lawson back, but the o will have to take a step back. Losing Marshall, C.A.P., Duke, Coates, Uzomah, Dismukes - that's a lot of production to fill!

AU didn't lose Duke.

AU will have a better defense. On offense we still have Duke and are stacked at RB. If Jeremy Johnson starts at QB and lives up to expectations, we'll be just fine there. O-line should be solid.

Our biggest advantage this season is our schedule: Bama and UGA are both at home as well as both Ms schools. We pick up Kentucky in the east and since that's a Thursday game, have a couple of extra days to prep before going on the road to Arkansas which will be our toughest away game.

I don't disagree but it is more reasonable to suggest that CGM with a serviceable QB (JJ is likely to be more than that) will run a prolific offense. History supports this theory. It is also reasonable to believe the defense will actually defend. The schedule is also more favorable. Because of the losses you mentioned I won't be expecting an SEC title. However, I believe that is more likely than 6 losses.

Alabama - same. Lose a lot but have so much talent. Just give Henry the ball and play suffocating defense.

Auburn - Up. Need a QB but lots of talent there. The Auburn offense is fairly simple though so having a new QB isn't as difficult as it might be for some teams.

Ole Miss - Down. Lost a lot. Still have some great talent but the TCU game showed that Ole Miss is fragile.

MSU - Down. Dak is back but who else? Just don't see how they can reload and while Dak is a great talent he needs help.

A&M - Up. Kyle Allen returns and should be improved from a pretty solid end of a True Fish season. Still a big OL and tons of offensive skill talent. Defense should be at least decent after being horrific for the last 2 years. Chavis and the last 3 recruiting classes should bear some fruit. Still, they haven't been quite able to put the pieces together so far.

LSU - Down. Still no QB worth noting and hard to imagine the defense will be just as good without Chavis.

Arkansas - Up. Offense looks really solid and physical. Can they replace some of that defensive talent?

try being a non-douche for just a day... really try for just one day and see what happens.

I would say Bama stays the same, while Auburn goes up. Not certain about LSU.

What a fricktarded post!

Duke didn't leave. QB will be an upgrade. RB production will be the same. Dismukes is the biggest loss but the O - line as a whole should be better.

Yeah but everybody has figured out Malzahn's offense now.
