I haven't posted anything over there in a while and when I do I'm civil.
Seriously though, if I had a dime for every time I've heard a MS radio station refer to him as "the nations top recruit". Kid is a 4 star on 247 and I heard a guy claim he has "more potential" than Eli.

I am sure he will be good. I think I saw a comparison to Aaron Murray? That sounds realistic.

Yeah I could see that. In the end, college QBs are so heavily affected by the system they play in. We continuously see Meyer, Patterson, Briles, Sumlin, etc... get so much out of guys that are generally ok. Then you have Muschamp, Miles, and others who take top talent and make them look horrible.
I would say finding the best fit for the system is the most important part of QB recruiting. Obviously them being higher rated is nice.

247 has him as a .9904 composite 5*
Unless we aren't using composite now.
247 has him rated mysteriously lower than any other service. I hope he has a good senior year. We'll need the points for our championship run.
