was gonna post about Brian Bell being denied his scholarship in a different way. He's being accused in a wrongful death suit.

That's a messed up situation. Crump is a POS and they're throwing out some pretty wild accusations. Funny this is when FSU decides to 'draw the line.'
Assuming everything that has come out before is true and Bell had nothing to do with any of it, I feel bad for him, that is awful.

If bell did in fact conspire to murder a fellow classmate in broad daylight during the school day, may he go to jail.
That being highly unlikely i hope he gets another chance to play ball. And yes, it's incredibly racist that the white kids are being accused of murder. I hear Bell's father is an FBI agent, so if Bell is cleared of any wrongdoing I'm sure they'll be suing anyone who was representing on behalf of the johnson family.

Isn't Bell's dad being an FBI agent part of Crump's accusations?

More likely Daddy is a bully himself, as many LEOs are, and raised his sons to be bullies also. I dont think anyone would suggest it is some kind of ordered hit...it may even be as simple as they thought it would be funny to roll him up in the mat without thinking it could kill him....kids are stupod you know....and when he did die the coverup began.
It isnt as far fetched however to think that the father ordered the sons to kill the kid as it is to buy the official story of the kid diving into the mat to retrieve a pair of shoes and getting stuck. That is some incredibly stupid shite right there....

Mr Bell isn't a bully, or at least never has been or seemed to be when I've been around him. My oldest son is the same age as their oldest and they've always been in the same circles, which included Brian. All of this has taken a serious toll on the family and I've been told once Brian graduates they will be leaving the area.
KJ was found in the old gym and it's a known fact that the kids place their shoes under the mats when they are in there. The mats are standing on end not laying down flat. I'm not saying one way or the other about what happened because I've seen the pictures and it's hard for me to believe that he didn't get beat down pretty good but through all of the investigations nothing has proven that Brian is guilty of anything. These are kids we are talking about so as long as this has been going on you would think someone would have said something.
I have heard that the other ACC schools that had offers on the table have been in contact with him and that one SEC school in particular contacted him today.
