In the pass UF would not let the coaching staff send the LOI if the kid could not qualify. However, things may have changed with Mac. UF is building a IPF after all.

His coach said that he will qualify. Not sure what to believe. UF typically doesn't take kids that they KNOW cannot get in. Maybe he is borderline and McElwain knows he has the numbers.
