It's impressive for sure.


The thing that's so impressive is the way Nick fills his spots every year. You can tell he has a clear plan and he sticks to it to get the best players possible for his biggest needs. Rarely do you seem him stock piling positions he's already loaded at.

idk because recruiting wasn't followed so closely until the last 10 years or so

I'd venture to say those Miami classes would be similar. But in the era of recruiting being so hyped, Alabama absolutely takes the cake.

True, and the amazing thing about the UM teams was that they were nearly all kids from south Fla.

It's a bit of a self fulfilling prophecy at this point. If Alabama is interested in a kid it must mean he is awesome, which bumps his ranking up. There is some iteration going on at this point.
