Looks like Stephens might be trying to play Keeping Up with the Waltons down on the river. Sounds like a potentially cool project for central Arkansas:

Agreed. I'd be totally fine watching the Stephens family and the Walton family try to outdo each other with cultural amenities.

It's all fun and games now, but just wait til this breaks out into a billionaire Hatfield and McCoy family feud, with private mercenary armies and cruise missile strikes.
