in basketball this weekend. This must be irritating to no end to shorthorn fans. Baylor talking shite to texass using stuff from the Ags. Double kick in the nuts.

I love it. I have no real Baylor hate. I just don't want anyone in Texas to make it to the college playoff before A&M.
If we win and contend for the SEC west, Baylor will never be a real recruiting threat to us.

I have a lot of Baylor hate. I'll never forget that bush league break a leg sign they out up in reed arena north. The baptism is one of my favorite videos to watch, screw them and their coach

Me neither, but I have mentally accepted TSU is gonna go before us after that Ole Miss game. Their coach is just too good, their competition too crappy.
The upside for TCU's big year to Aggies is:
1. Their base of support even in the Big 12 shows they are just a coach. When he is gone they will be purple Baylor (back when that meant something).
2. Last time TCU won a national title we won one the following year.

Suing us in an attempt to block the SEC move, all their butthurt shite talk after the move, their constant jealous ex-lover type fawning over us, the ironic insults that come out of their mouths everyday (A&M acts like they're new money!), their refusal to accept the fact that Ann Richards alone is the only reason they're in a P5 conference...
I could go on for a while, but at the end of the day, they're Baylor. Their time in the sun will soon pass and they'll go back to being a 3-6 win team every year.

I do despise the hypocrisy of them for Griner. The school and coach knew she was gay and told her to lie about it or she was gone.

And I was pissed at the time of the threatening to sue over the sec. But it was a matter of survival for them. And in the end they still may be on the outside looking in when the GOR is over and tu decides to frick everyone again.

Baylor is all about that. She was just one example. The school is the anti-BYU, they are willing to throw their values to the wind to stay relevant. Somewhere some Baylor lurker is probably sitting there laughing because guys like Jackie and JFF ran over our honor code, but there is a difference between the two IMHO.

Only because they did so poorly in the former Big 12 era that they got put on the chopping block. I will give them credit, that was a wake up call that they HAD TO care about football to survive. He is right. RC told me it was all Bob Bullock. He said we were half-way to the SEC when we got called into Bob's office and were told what to do.

I will blame Ann Richards for holding up funding for Reed Arena and giving us a shitty BOR in the early 90's, but make no mistake, Bob Bullock ran the state of Texas.
