When did the decline of Florida athletics start?

It can't of been too long ago. Maybe last year?
Seems like only yesterday we were talking about them being slightly ahead of Arkansas for the top overall athletics department. But now their basketball team is sucking, their football team is sucking, their recruiting is sucking, their baseball team will disappoint yet again, and even their track team is left trying to catch up to tFlagship.
