I couldn't fit the whole thing in the title, so I had to shorten it. It should've said HAD to make teachers wear underwear, which is even worse.

This is all pretty out of context stuff. New superintendent comes in promising to CHANGE THE CULTURE and puts this out - it was pretty offensive and unnecessary in its charges to teachers. August 2013? Dexter Suggs hadn't worked one single school day with teachers before he put this out. This is how you troll a teacher's union.
