No. The coach mentioned on radio is a huge LSU guy. But he was looking out what was best for his player.

Archie Manning wanted Eli to redshirt because he knew being a true freshman QB could be difficult in the SEC. Patience.

So, losing to the CFP Champion is worse than losing to average Notre Dame team?

I 'm certain you don't understand the definition of embarrassing.

You really do need help. How old are you?
some of you people act like 12 year old passive aggressive brats.

Did you really start this thread to have an open honest discussion about the development or lack thereof at LSU?

If you are going to start a thread attempting to flame LSU and its coaching staff at least have the balls to do it openly.

this tells you all you need to know about Feaster. we beat NMSU 63-7 but apparently Harris "saved" us

I love high school coaches because it's like they've never heard of "coach speak".

No I started it to ask what the deal was with this high school coach and what ax he had to grind. Shockingly 90% of responses addressed that issue. Congrats on being the only one not to.

Much much worse, Bubba. The LSU/ND game on a Tuesday afternoon was meaningless and nobody will remember it two years from now. The 2014 Bama team will always be remembered for losing the first CFB game to OSU.
Deal with it.

I am not the one here starting threads about the QB at Bama.

And Harris was smart enough to make his own decisions, that bodes well for LSU, with that said if he is not #1 coming out of spring he probably will leave

Agree - feel bad for him that his coach pretty much threw him under the bus like that. Not fair to the kid.

The only person keeping Brandon Harris off the field is Brandon Harris.

It can't be stated enough. He is not being held back. If he can't take the starting job from Jennings, that's on him and nobody else.

the handling and development of QBs at LSU has been a head scratcher to us. I understand the coach's feelings (and he has some points) but he should have kept them to himself as all he's done is embarrass the boy he wants to help.

Their coach is frustrated with other shite besides Brandon Harris. His HS team was playoff bound, but had to forfeit games at the end of the season, thus knocking them out of the dance. Having to forfeit games could be an indicator of him being a TPOS coach...

Yea - why would a coach add fuel to that fire and make it harder on his ex-player by doing that? Whether he makes valid points or not is kind of beside the point. What a dick.

The only explanation I can offer is that Feaster was fed up with all the "lies" about Brandon not being prepared.

But yeah, I tend to agree.

This is the kind of story that shouldn't come out until Brandon actually transfers.

Why am I surprised that someone with "civil"(courteous and polite) in their screen name would have such an opinion. Any man who is worried about another poster making them "look bad" is a total beta and your kind make the rest of us look weak. Pathetic even. Please tell me you are a woman. That would make me feel better about where we are headed as a society.
