South Carolina

Men's BB - NR
Women's BB - #1 Dawn Staley is amazing, She's taking us to new heights
Baseball - #14 (PG) or #5 (BA) SC's program strength earned this ranking, 5th may be a little high
Softball - NR
Men's Tennis - #29 so technically NR
Women's Tennis - #21
Men's S&D - NR we really need to update our facilities to Auburn/UGA standards. Kudos to them
Women's S&D - NR
Men's T&F - NR (surprising, SC is a strong state for high school track and field)
Women's T&F - NR
Equestrian - #3 at the mid season break, resumes soon
Men's Golf - last ranked #9
Women's Golf - last ranked #5

SC doesn't sponsor gymnastics, and probably never will. We already offer M&W soccer. Women's and Men's lacrosse are probably our next sports... it would be great to see us compete in the ACC in this sport but that's HIGHLY unlikely (bad break up).

You are correct.

I believe the Mississippi schools have the fewest athletic programs in the SEC. Any reason behind that?
