I'm his biggest supporter, but 1-6 is unacceptable in his third year. frick though he out coached that idiot on the baseline at LSU. We just need a elite recruitor on staff.

When he gets the players, we are going to be great. We arent that far off, we are still better than we were last year.

You do realize we have 2 Top 110 players coming in next year right?

The way I see it.

Under Horn we were bad at everything.

Martin has gotten us to where we're good at defense, rebounding, and free throws. Horrible at offense. A pair of recruits should help in that regard.

When Dozier comes in and starts hitting the open shots against a 2-3 defense.

I literally don't understand why team we play run anything else on defense. Our offense grinds to a halt when facing a 2-3

We need, this year, a win to break this streak we're in ... we can't buy a win like we can't buy a basket when we need one most.

We're actually playing over our heads - we just have to hang on and hope something good happens.

We need some shooters for next year.

Really, y'all only have one tough loss as I see it...at home against UT. Winning conference games on the road are tough, regardless of who you play. At home, you've had UK and UF and while UF is down compared to other UF teams, they're still UF. UT is a quality team but the one that I had y'all winning for certain at home. The rest of your home games are winnable. You also have some road games where y'all have a real chance at winning.

As an outsider looking in, I've seen a vast improvement with your hoops team. Granted, I don't watch every single game, but most. With a regime change, offense is usually the last thing to come. Be patient and it will catch up to the improvements on the defensive end.

You're right that we're improved, but after the non-conference it has been very frustrating watching this team lose game after game in conference.

We had chances to win against UF, Auburn, UT and LSU and simple didn't get the job done when it mattered most. Preseason I'm sure most here would be thrilled that we were simply able to compete in every game we played, including the UK game. But after seeing this team play a good Baylor team and lose by 2 and demolish good teams in Clemson and Oklahoma State and then beat a very good top 10 Iowa State team on a neutral court, I would expect the fans to be disappointed

We're developing a reputation for hustle and effort ... even hearing it from the announcers tonight vs Arkansas.

If we keep doing that - it will all come together.

We just cannot knock the shots down.

When we start hitting shots, with the defense we are playing, we are going to be very dangerous.

If you're name isn't Kentucky or Duke, you have to start with defense when building a program. FM knows what he's doing. We're going through it with Anderson. Hell, we didn't even practice offense for the longest time. It's all about building that defense first mentality and developing from there.

I really think y'all's schedule was front loaded with tough games. You will see your conference record even out in time now.
