If this were coming from any other fan in any other fan base It might matter but coming from Sam's girlfriend Rambutt it's just funny. they get lucky in the east a couple times and now think their opinion matters. Just assume the prison position before Sam's come's for his late night visit.

Obviously we are all predicting the Hogs to go 40-0 next season, winning the national championship and also going undefeated in the NFL as well. Plus a few CFL games whenever Bert gets the hankering for poutine.
1. None of us are predicting an SEC title... unless we are just plain making fun of you.
2. None of us are saying it will be BA that leads us to the promise land. He's improved quite a bit, especially in his decision making, but he's probably not going to singlehandedly carry the team to a Natty. That's OK. We aren't asking him to do that.

Allen is going to be the most experienced QB in the SEC next year. I predict that he has a very, very good year, especially with the new OC coming in and developing a more flexible offense built on our actual strengths instead of trying to force a fat round peg into a square hole.

The OP is somewhat correct. He won't win games, but he also won't lose them either.
Personally, I'd rather have a player like Maty Mauk who will be so frustrating at times ( a la 34-0 georgia), but also create a bunch of something out of absolutely nothing (SC comeback, Tenn)

That is a good point and a good argument. We don't expect Allen to win us a championship next season. We'd love to have one! But we aren't counting on it.

Well this is new. You want the new OC to build on offense built on your strengths, and that will mean Brandon Allen passing more?

I'm not trying to bash Arky or Bert...I'm simply stating the obvious. Brandon Allen has been a part of a large turnaround for the program. There is a lot to be said for that...laying the groundwork so others may claim the glory.
But don't get bent out of shape when I tell you that Arkansas won't win the SEC next year.
