What are the differences in how espn's rpi and the ncaa's rpi are calculated? Which does the committee look to? How does kenpom differ? Does the committee look at things like kenpom?

Kenpom is more of a projector
NCAA RPI hasn't updated(usually same as ESPN and Warren Nolan)
Committee uses their RPI
