Really hope we get this figured out and begin much better play.

Ultimate has it right in we look more crappy than last year, but are winning more.

Too dang close for comfort again!

We need bell to make shots to get teams out of the zone.

We also badly miss gulley on the defensive side of the ball.

Come on man. We are 5-2 in sec play for the first time since I don't even know when. We've even won 3 road games this season. All you can say is "too close for comfort"?

I'll take the wins. After Florida on the road we have two pretty easy home games, we should be sitting at 7 - 3 or 8 - 2 in league play after that.

With what sounds like multiple people sick. The league is better this year, games aren't going to be easy.

Yeah. I feel a little better about hearing that multiple players were sick last night. I wasn't happy at all with our level of play, but that makes me feel somewhat better.

Regardless of how I feel about our play, I'm thrilled with the outcome.

In Revs defense I saw him post after this at the end of the game thread and he said once he heard about all the sickness he was quite pleased.

I just hope they iv the guys with phinegrin (?) or something so they're good for Sat.

I can live with last night..... your team is going to go through stretches where they don't play their best basketball. I think that's where we are right now. we've had 3 ugly wins in a row coming off a bad loss to Ole Miss. BUT they were wins and not losses.

but someone PLEASE tell me how you leave a 3 point shooter THAT FREAKIN OPEN with a 3 point lead in the final seconds. Let the guy shoot the layup and defend the 3 point line......

It is truly awesome to be winning these very close, tight, games..

And, yes. with three players having the flu I am simply thankful and appreciative, and prayers for them as well.

So, Flu, Pig sooie?

flu pig sooie- that works

did you know that the stomach flu is not actually the flu? it's a virus or something not the flu altho it's commonly referred to as the flu.

I made this exact comment. Why the hell would 3 players all collapse down on the guy going in for a layup whenever they need 3 points?

1. You're leaving a guy open for the 3.
2. You're increasing the chances of fouling and getting the guy an and-1.

If the team can get healthy in the next three days, we could go on a nice little streak. I think our next two games after Florida are Carolina and State at home.
