UK fans, what are you hearing about Malik Newman?

I saw him at the Ole Miss-Florida game and he seemed to have a great time. Our Scout guys think OM stands the best chance to get him.

A&M has a very small chance, but there is some chance. He has s relationship with Stansbury, A&M already has a fantastic class he could join (our best ever), and he's still listening. I very seriously doubt we get him, but he would make an already great class into an elite class.

Looking like Kansas is the favorite. Could get him and Jaylen Brown. That's a fricking scary 1-2 punch.

The kid will get drafted in the same spot regardless of where he goes. He could go to Utah Valley State and still be a top five pick next year.
If he wants the best chance to win a championship then he will go to Kentucky and play 20 minutes per night, be a cog in the Big Blue Machine, win a title and be gone.
If he wants to be the man of the team, always the go-to-guy at the end of the game and average 20 shots per game, he will go to Ole Miss.
If he wants to water it down and meet in the middle between the two, it'll be Kansas.

I would if I were him.
If I were a top college football prospect I would probably consider Ole Miss because being part of #TheNetwork is too much to pass up.

Also state is the lowest ranked team in the SEC and you've played a soft schedule. No need for a battle of words it will be quite evident on the court this week.

He doesn't think we have a good shot. In fact in the post he just linked it says the words long shot in regards to our chances.
