I am calling it now, we will be a 5 or a 6 seed.

5 may be a bit ambitious but I definitely see us making it, as of now.

I'd guess around a 10 or 12 seed.

I believe we are atleast 36 ranked team in the country. I'd guess we are no better than 20th but I'd guess between 25th-36th in the country. That leaves us 5th to 6th seed. Barring injury to something crazy happening.

Just remember I said it when we get to the dance.

I could see us as high as 7 or as low as 12. If we win the next 2, then I think we're in so long as we don't collapse epicly down the stretch.

That would actually leave us anywhere from a 6-10. I would love to grab a 6 or a 7, but I think we will finish in the 8-10 range.

My projections (which are worth as much as you paid for them. Nothing)

If the tourney started today, we'd be an 8 or 9.

If we finish 6-6 then lost our first SEC tourney game we'd be an 11.

5-7 down the stretch then an early exit in Nashville (SEC tourney) and we are in the NIT.

My prediction is we finish 7-5 and go 1-1 in the SEC tourney to earn us a 7 or most likely an 8 seed.

If we get hot and go something like 9-3 down the stretch then win a couple in Nashville we could be a 4 or 5 seed.

The 8/9 seed is the worst spot to land, IMO. Taking out a 1 seed in the first weekend is really, really hard to do. I would rather see UGA get a 10 seed.

I think we have to be increasing our chances of getting Jaylen Brown every game. We'd have to be a pre-season top 25 team next season if we can get him.

I'm really surprised that his recruitment is so quiet.

It's like... This is like... Like... Like... This needed its own thread... Especially from a nutless monkey.... When.... There's a thread for this type of conversation... And you wonder why people dwarf your opinion(s)

It's quiet because we have hardly any shot.

If UGA is even in the conversation for the #2 overall player that's outstanding, I mean that truly is great for us. But our chances of getting him are probably in the single digits. I've followed UGA basketball long enough to know not to get excited, or even pay attention to, JB's recruitment. If he signs with us I'll do backflips down the street, but until then there's no use getting hopes up.

I'd just like to be updated as to his status. I think that as we improve our chances would improve with him plus Fox and Yasir Rosemond have connections to him that goes beyond his recruitment. We might be a darkhorse but at least we have a shot.
