2 duals this weekend, 2 wins to improve to 17-0.

MU 22 OSU 10- All MU wrestlers first
125- #1 Waters (MU) dec #10 Klimara- Alan dominated until the last minute or so. Had a 8-4 lead, that was cut to 8-8 by being worn out and lazy. had a riding time point for 9-8 win.

133- #18 Synon LOSS dec to Harding- Tough match, Harding just caught all the breaks. 4-2 win for the cowboys

141- #6 Mayes dec #18 Heil- Mayes continues to impress with a primarily counter attack style. racks up a 8-4 win.

149- #2 Houdashelt Major DEC Dolan- Houdashelt doesn't get the chance to exact revenge on Kindig from the Southern Scuffle, as OSU sends out a backup. Kindig sits out to get better seed in NCAA tournament. Houda crushes backup 13-4.

157-#11 Lavalle dec Collica- Won by the skin of his teeth. Personally, I thought Collica had the takedown at the buzzer. Lavalle gets the W 3-2.

165- England LOSS to #1 Dierenger- Mikey got a terrible draw with Dierenger. Defending national champ whooped up, but england did well to limit the damage for the team. 15-3 MDEC

174- #5 Eblen dec Crutchmeyer- Basically a 2OT match. Eblen clearly exhausted and cramping, but stuck it out to get the win 4-3 (TB1)

184- #9 Miklus dec #15 Boyd- Miklus finally came along in the 3rd period to get the 8-5 win. Nothing special.

197- #1 J'Den dec Bean- J'Den got very frustrated and angry, as Bean was clearly running away and being defensive. Also got poked in the eye and couldn't see. 5-0 win for J'Den.

285-#10 Mellon loss #5 Marsden- thought devin might pull off the upset, but ends up falling short in 2OT. 2-1 (TB1)

All in all, we looked more tired and worn out. Didn't even get to see the Houda Kindig rematch that everyone wanted.

They are loaded top to bottom, may AA every person on their team. We would have to have at least 3 champions...and a ton of bonus points from everyone else.

Just looking at rankings, there appears to be room for them to lose some wrestlers before quarters. 149,174,197,285 go through to at least the semis others could get picked off.

Which rankings are the generally accepted ones? Even your posts here have Mayes #6 and the IA guy #6.

Look at the big brain on Reedus, nice catch. Intermatwrestle.com.

Don't make a difference however. Logan Stieber from Ohio State is undefeated at 141 for 7 years counting high school and is going for his 4th individual title.

I pulled up the results from last year. For each team they show how many guys they had finish in 1st through 8th place. Are there any type of bonus points awarded for a top 8 finish?

Also, correct me if I'm wrong, but there are no team points given for winning the 3rd/4th place match right? Because that's in the wrestleback?

I linked an article 3 posts ago. I'm pretty sure that it is correct.
