Me too. Always hate it, and wonder if they were ask to leave, or are tired of being buried on the depth chart.

Talked to PM about Dominic a few months ago. PM said Dominic has been practice team his whole 2 years never lived up to the 3* ranking

The fact he has to go to CC and doesn't have a landing spot seems like an indication of writing on the wall.
