This was referred to in the recruiting thread, but it really deserves a thread of it's own and to be listened to.

I linked the point made that although Mizzou isn't where they need to be in recruiting Missouri and locking down the state, we are making steady improvements in the right direction. You want things to happen at the speed of light that you forget to notice the smaller, necessary improvements that are being made by the staff.
