this is awesome... they should continue to do this throughout the state.
when i lived in South Florida years ago I noticed Miami using billboards during recruiting season. makes an impression, i suppose.

I live south of Charlotte, just outside of Rock Hill (NFL breeding ground). The area is Gamecock dominant. Anyway, Clemson has a huge billboard on I-77 touting their University accomplishments and claiming to be the #1 school in the state, blah, blah. It doesn’t go unnoticed, good or bad. I think it’s great to advertise your school, especially in an area (ATL) oozing with talent.
