Quote from Auburn professor John Carvalho who dug a little deeper than myself or anyone in the SECr thread (or the little that I read).

quote:

The Auburn mentions in the McCants-Ramsay filing do in fact cite the 2006 sociology scandal as examples of academic fraud.

So we're using 9 year old information to claim Auburn is cheating. That's about as desperate as one could possibly get trying to find incriminating evidence.

This isn't about trying to get AU, UGA, FSU, etc. in trouble with the NCAA. It's about trying to get former players at these schools to join the class action lawsuit against the NCAA.

I notice they didn't bother mentioning Bama.

Maybe because they're fond of their health and well-being.

I'm not judging you Rig but honestly this topic shouldn't even be on our team board it's that pathetic.

A funny turn of events would be AU alums filing a class action suit for slander, seeing as how AU was cleared.

Let the two UNC guys actually pay lawyer fees, cause you know they're not right now.
