Elston is probably my least favorite player on the whole team. Average SEC player who acts like he is the greatest ever.

I think you'll catch shite regardless.

Also, drunk college kids at a party school in the off season. Meh.

If you're going by his first two years, you are correct. He made massive strides last year though, especially in coverage.

And another thing: the opening and closing of that article is hilarious to me. "In trouble with the law" and enumerating the arrests this team has had, you'd think Ole Miss was harboring murderers.

They did come out and say most charges were minor, so I guess I can't be too mad. Still funny though.

Why would any college age kid want to join this group of degenerates?

Because we let the inmates run the asylum.

Am I doing it right?

Yea he did make some strides last year. I probably have my blinders on because of his attitude.

Is it really that difficult to avoid getting arrested in Oxford and still have a good, somewhat wholesome time as a college student/football player. I guess I've just gotten too old to relate.

Yes, it honestly is. I am, by no means, a hellion, and I've had multiple instances where I was almost arrested for walking home. Not stumbling, not being loud, simply walking home.

Well, the plantation according to a certain "elite" website. And OPD is fricking awful. We were out on the square a few years ago after a football game and my buddy said "frick" a few times louder than normal and OPD officers threatened to arrest him if he didn't quiet down. Freeze likely knows this is all bullshite, especially considering the charges.

I can confirm that the OPD are a bunch of Nazi's with bad cases of "wanna be" syndrome. I was up there for a conference last January and got pulled over driving back to the hotel after dinner. Before I could blink I had 3 cruisers with all the officers with their hands on their sidearms. The initial officer claimed I smelled of alcohol, had blood shot eyes and was slurring my words. They made me do a roadside and blow....even though I have not had anything to drink since Dec 2009.

So if they can do that to a middle aged completely sober businessman, I can't imagine what they'd do to a slightly tipsy student athlete.
