Well Harris apparently cant learn the playbook (handoff left, handoff right) and Kincade is probably going to be behind Kelly and Buchanan. I would take Harris though probably.

LSU's playcalling was absolutely atrocious last season. That has a lot to do with it, IMO. Much more than the talent surrounding the QB or the individual QB's talent

Yep. Cam was trying to hide the deficiencies at QB all season. If Harris doesn't put in the work necessary to take the reins, it's going to be much of the same next year.

No doubt Harris is more game-ready right now.

I don't know anything about Harris. Talent-wise I'd take him, but I just fricking love Kincade's attitude. Can't be beat, IMO. He sent a cover letter with his LOI on NSD that was fricking awesome.

I hope he beats the shite out of Swag in the spring for the starting job. He's got the athleticism and the arm, and lord knows he's smart. Graduated HS with a 4.2 and a really high SAT score. He's just gotta get the playbook down and I think he's ready.

I don't know much about Kincaid, but Harris could end up being good if he is coached well. I remember from Auburn's recruitment of him that he had great physical tools, but was very unpolished and a high potential project. He is not the type of QB to throw into an SEC schedule as an underclassman.

Neither is Kincade. Which is why I don't hold that Arkansas game against either Kincade or Buchanan. That was a bad situation for them to be thrown into.

LSU fans pick Harris and defend his shitiness due to age and experience, while say Kincade is "not better" although he has looked better thus far. I guess a freshman at LSU is on a lower mental level than Ole Miss...

A decent QB and top notch skill guys is all LSU needs to compete for SECC.

It's been proven

idk what your definition of a long time ago is, but LSU was 1 screen pass away from the SECCG with Mettenberger as QB.

Harris started at Auburn as a true freshman and played poorly. Kincade looked dreadful at Arkansas.

Neither QB has played enough to make a comparison of game film.

Exactly

Peyton Manning would have looked terrible in that situation, also.

Harris had 452 passing yards and 6 TD's this year. The kid isn't bad for a freshman. I actually think he would have done really well if he had the opportunity to play after LSU's running game got rolling.

Harris.

He'd be absolute monster under Freeze.
