UGA fans: thoughts on Richt extension?

Not trolling, just looking for honest opinions. I know keeping/firing Richt is a split (maybe not 50/50, but there are solid factions on each side) topic among your fanbase, so id like to hear your thoughts.

Helps recruiting, and if Richt falls on his face it shows prospective coaches that we're willing to pony up. There are some encouraging signs that we're moving in the right direction (we're not under signing anymore, we're getting an IPF, finally paying assistants 6-figure salaries...), so I'm good with it right now. If he goes 3-9 next year his contract won't keep him in the job.

Richt was underpaid and under resourced but it's getting better.
