Theraflu for the win man. Drink the H2O and load up on the VitC.

Rest, chicken noodle, and Emergen-C (the extra B12 at least makes me feel better).

I'm either coming down with the flu or a hellacious sinus infection. I cant even get the energy to get up and go get stuff.

Start a regimen of:

600 mg ibuprofen every 4-6 hours (helps alleviate any swelling in your sinuses or throat, fights back fever)

Claritin D 24 hour every day

Chamomile tea with honey and lemon (as much as you want to drink)

Oatmeal with cinnamon fruit, honey, nuts for breakfast

A hearty stew (I make a mean chicken vegetable stew) for lunch

hearty stew for dinner

I catch the funk exactly twice a year and I never feel bad for much more than a day if I start this regimen as soon as I feel it coming on.

Rest,

Vitamin C. The powders are fine but real oranges are better.

Chicken broth/soup.

The other things are just to deal with the symptoms.
