...All is not lost guys, was hoping we would beat SC but we didn't and we could still finish this stretch (UK lost, SCAR lost, TN win, ARK ?) 2-2, which is good for us if we win at Arky but it won't be easy winning at BWA. Dropping to 1-3 during this stretch gives us no decent conference wins, yet again.

Who ya got?

Tied at half, or at least within 5 points of each other. Build lead to 15 with 10 minutes left. Collapse like a wet paper bag and lose by 3, with no points in the final 4 minutes.

I would welcome being wrong.

Arkansas by 11.

Score closer than played. After leading 15-13 midway through first half, Bama will go on their patented scoring drought and will trail 30- 20 @ the break.
There will be one glimmer of hope with about 12 minutes to go in the game after a couple of unforced hog turnovers and the Tide cuts it to their only single digit deficit of the 2nd half.
Then Bama will promptly cough up a couple of turnovers and ill chosen rushed 3 pointers, and the lead will quickly swell back up to 17 before the 10 minute mark.
This will remain as Arkansas grows tired of fending off the putrid Bama rally, ending in a 65-54 loss.

Ark jumps out to an early 5-8 point lead. We fight back and trail by 2-4 at the half. They slowly build to a 10 point lead over the 2nd half...ultimately only winning by 6.

On to the next one...

I say (pray) Levi Randolph goes off, Taylor and Kessens dominate the paint, and the two freshman, Coleman and Riley, go off.

Why has Hale regressed so much? He was a baller last year as a freshman, but now he's sorta reminding me of Rodney Cooper in the way he regressed from his freshman year.

Offensively speaking, almost no player other than Releford has seemed to make progress year-to-year.

Levi, Coop, Lacey, Green and Mitchell have all showed progress offensively. We have a problem with player development, but you don't have to exaggerate it. Besides it doesn't explain why Hale has regressed so much. He goes from a solid shooter as a freshman to a brickasaurus his sophomore year. I cringe every time he touches the ball. Norris should take most of his min.

Levi is still as timid with the ball as he's ever been. When he's aggressive, he's a good offensive player.

I don't see where Cooper is any different than he was 4 years ago. Streaky shooter and poor desicion maker.

How many points would somebody have to give you for you to take Bama tonight? It would take 15 for me.

I'm praying the day we find a solid big who can give us some good minutes defensively and can post up as well
