The rest of the LSU and UGA fans have been very cordial and classy. I hope it continues that way for a long time.

I have had family in Marietta my whole life. Between that and UGA being in the East and not a permanent opponent, I've usually pulled for them against everyone else when it doesn't affect LSU.

Definitely. We shared a house with some Dawgs at the Hangout Festival after I graduated and I was ready to sign up for post-grad at UGA soon after. I didn't make it to Athens in 2013 but from everything I heard, it was the best possible place to lose at

I try not to let internet fanbases affect my viewpoint on actual fanbases. I use my IRL experiences as my main gauge since half these posters are probably 15 year olds

I have always liked UGA fans based off my encounters with them IRL.
Usually very passionate, classy fans.
I usually root for them as my 2nd favorite SEC team but I would never root to see them in the SECCG.
UGA in ATL is a pretty tough game regardless of the final scores of our 3 most recent matchups(03,05,11) there.
I would rather root for you guys to finish 2nd in the East due to tie breaking scenarios. After the SECCG then be bumped to a BCS bowl as an at large due to not sustaining a loss or giving us one.
I feel like in 03,05, and 11 we cost each other some BCS Bowl Bids with Championship game losses that also happened to be final score blowouts on both sides.

What we’re learned since Donte’s decision:
1. LSU picked up one of the best players in the 2015 class
2. UGA and LSU are probably the only two fan bases on the Rant that can have a civil discussion

I lived in Bama for a while after Katrina and have met countless BAMA fans in NOLA during their visits here...Their board members are some of the best forms of representation they can claim.

Well I went to high school in Covington, LA & know LSU fans are just as obnoxious as they are on this board in everyday life. Plus still butt hurt over constantly losing to Bama through history.

noope. only constantly lost to the bear. and it looks like to saban also (started out 2-2 and has gone south since then).
the rest of you coaches "through history" were pretty average.
