Apparently they have life and are creeping on the bubble. 4 point favorites...we need to take care of business. Pack the Steg if you're close

If I didn't have to work, I'd be there no questions asked.

Here's hoping the big win against the gators will give our team the confidence needed to assert its authority and take care of business at home.

Seemed like Mann was starting to improve a bit during the gator game. If that continues we may get a bit of a win streak going at just the right time.

Ole Miss really beat up Arky at Bud Wally.

They also shot an insane percentage against Arky. Doubt they can keep that up for a second road trip. Hope the students come out tonight.

I think the students will have a solid showing. They've been good the first two SEC games. Obviously mid-week crowds are gonna be smaller among the non-students than they were for a Saturday vs. Florida game, but I think the Steg will rock pretty decently.

I haven't watched Ole Miss play all year. I understand they shot lights out at Arkansas, but what are they known for? Do they full court press at all?

Ole Miss has a couple filthy guards in Moody and Summers. If they're on they can compete with anyone in the country (@Ark, @UK), but they can also lose to anybody (TCU, Charleston So.)

Our biggest need is for our guards to make sure they stay awake with off ball defense, and our biggest defensive match up is Mann, Frazier, or Echols against either Moody or Summers (whichever guy Kenny isn't guarding). Kenny should hopefully be fine and play great D (can't get in foul trouble), but I'm worried about the other guard. I would expect us to put Frazier on Moody and Gaines on Summers, but we'll see.

We've been very fortunate with home games and road weary teams. Hopefully Ole Miss has trouble getting to Athens.

Somebody will have to do a game thread. I'm on call and will be listening. Can't attend or watch it... Until 2nd half at least.
