I'm curious to see how A&M does this year after all A&M has given Sumlin. He now has one of the best performing DC's in CF. Will 9-4 be acceptable to Aggies? What about 10-3 with three conference loses?

What are Aggie expectations for 2015?

I believe the 2015 season is likely the last one sumlin would be able to skate by with 7, 8 or 9 wins. I know I'll be expecting more.

Bare minimum 9-4. 10-3 and ill be fine. But under 9 wins is unacceptable

This year's 8-5 wasn't terrible. but the way it happened is what was really unbearable. That South Carolina domination that resulted in a 5-0 start didn't seem at all indicative of the team you actually had. Didn't you guys start at like #19 or something to begin the season? It turns out you had the team you all thought you had to begin the year, you just lost sight of that.

True. We had as many wins as we expected to get, they weren't the wins we expected to get though.

I expect 8 wins next season.

It depends on how the games go, but I think most Aggies will be disappointed with less than 10 wins.

All AGGSESSED All the time

I would say last year was the first year we expected Sumlin's players to step up. But the injury bug made us a very young team.

Your right though, expectations should be high. The defense should still be a work in progress but if it's decent I think most will expect 10-2 or better to be the hallmark of success in 2015

Nah, LSU has always been a much better program than A&M. Look at overall wins and losses. Or don't. Ignorance is your choice.

LSU wasn't a farce in 1999, we were openly bad

Then Saban made us good. And thats real

Sumlin is making 5 mil. Your DC is now making what 1.7?

People talk about y'all as contenders preseason. ITs do or die time. 4 years in you should have had a team ready by now.

Beating a ranked team @ KY Field is the goal for next season. 4th season is a charm!

yeah

but that stuff has happened
9-4, 8-5 just happened, and Sumlin got 10 million dollars for it.

and whiel Chavis is a great hire, its over stated that y'all lose games because of your defense. Your offense scored 19 points in loses and 48 in wins. Chavis may save a game a year, but I don't think your defense will ever be #1 good. They simply will be on the field too much.

Well well just have to wait and see won't we?

As pointed out before 3rd in Chavis is ok if your up 3 scores with 2 minutes to go.

LSU was a has-been in '99. A&M was a never-has-been.
