Cal has lost 6 of 7. Including a loss to Cal state Bakersfield.

I think Tyndall is clearly a better coach, but can I give you my answer after the NCAA concludes their investigation?

By far the better coach. NCAA is powerless, they won't do shite.

Cuonzo is a pretty good coach. He inherited a NIT team. I don't think tyndall is a very good coach. but that is just me.

Quite possibly the dumbest thing I've read on this board

Regardless of who we hired to replace him I was tired of Martin

I still wish we would've hired Pearl but any realistic Tenn fan knew that was never gonna happen with the current admin (mainly Cheeks), not that I can really blame them

Tyndall is doing a good job with a shitty roster.

Tyndall is undeniably the better coach.

Yet, I seem to remember a bunch on this board ripping us a new one when Cuonzo left and we hired Donnie Knoxville. Especially the Mizzou fans, blinded in their love of Martin.

Cuonzo is a good man. Good family. Fraud coach. Tyndall is a miracle worker and I haven't seen a Tennessee team play this hard in a long time.

No doubt, Gonzo wouldn't have a win with this roster.

Cuonzo inherited Jordan McRae, Maymon, Trae Golden and Cam Tatum as well as as a signed sealed and delivered Jarnell Stokes from Pearl.

Tyndall inherited Josh Richardson and literally nothing else.

Exactly. It was awful when they made it to the Sweet 16 and everyone here praised Cuonzo when that team was at least a Sweet 16 team before the season even started. Martin coached defense and rebounding, that's it. He wasn't a very good coach...copying Gene Keady's stare can only take you so far.

A lot of dumb in that thread complete with excessive emojis.

Ha, I don't think anyone ever had to guess where you stood with Martin.

You all never gave Martin a chance...which is weird considering he led you to a surprise Sweet 16 appearance. He improved his win totals each year....but I guess that isn't what is important.

I'm not sold on Tyndall as a head coach, especially with NCAA rumors floating around. Pedestrian at best.

And my inherited statement referred to Martin at Cal...for those who were criticizing him. No other bad losses.
