Can any Bama fans shed some light on this vague tweet?

Come on, Cole. If you're going to throw some shite on the wall, at least make it count.

FTFH:

"Not surprised by Kevin Steel to LSU. When Alabama coach(es) start tussles with you before a playoff game, good chance he'd want to leave."

Saban is known for soiling people on the way out. Has done it his entire career. Did it to Jimbo and Will, did it to Jim and Doug. It is the downside of building your resume with him. If you leave, he has to take shots at you on the way out.

Cool.

I'm genuinely curious, not trolling.

If this is true why have so many on his current staff worked multiple stints under him?

There are WAY more coaches that have come and gone than have had multiple stints. Some people don't mind his abrasiveness. shite he did it to Major. He did it in the NFL. He did it to players, like Culpepper and Jason Taylor. You are really out in left field if you are trying to deny that Saban soils everyone on their way out.

So since he had a DUI his opinion is now worthless? How many times have you driven drunk or buzzed?

No secret there was tension between Steele and Kirby. Steel was Kirby's boss in 2007 and now Kirby was Steele's boss past couple of years. Could have been issues with Kirby and Steele.

I have no insight on the situation but Cubelic is generally kind of a dunce.

Saban is known for making bitches out of fanbases on the way out too. Effects have been known to last for at least a decade.

Jason Taylor sure does take up for Nick Saban quite often on the radio.

Let me just say this. Saban isn't alone doing it. His boys Belichick and Schiano do the same thing. Just how they operate.

That's wonderful. Saban's results are unassailable and he won defensive player of the year in 2006. The issue was that when Taylor was unhappy Saban started putting rumors in the media that he wasn't a team player and that his nice guy persona was a marketing gimmick. They repaired the relationship. Did you guys just not follow football in the mid aughts?
