In all of college football who in your opinion is the most overachieving coach?

Gus.
Auburn can't get any recruits to campus.

It would be Oregon if you go by recruiting rankings

Great topic.
My answer: Paul Johnson, GT. Takes a 2-star roster and wins, sometimes big.

Historically, the two coaches who could take absolutely nothing and make them competitive were Houston Nutt and Dale Brown. Inexplicably, those two could also take a roster full of superstars and do absolutely nothing.

So hoping he comes home to Carolina when Spurrier retires.

Cutcliffe has done a good job with Duke.
